I have personally experienced that even though after a hard day work I generally stay awake late in the night even after hitting the bed. The best trick I have learned is to take a towel or your bed sheet, roll it into a rope form and place them over your eyes. I don’t take the whole bed sheet and cover my face with it. Is just highly uncomfortable. After playing the towel/ bed sheet your eyes will automatically feel drowsy due to the darkness and you will be asleep in no time.
